I have had a love of painting since I was 5. I was a single mum with 2 children when I applied for a diploma in fine art and to my surprise I was accepted. I then went on to complete a BA in fine arts then education.

I paint for the love and challenge of trying to create what I see through my eyes. It gives me hours of pleasure and I often study great masters works while trying to grasp the style I want to communicate to the viewer.

I cannot go for more than 4 days without painting. I love it more than anything I’ve done and it has helped me explore myself through art in a therapeutic sense.
