My Journey!

I have not been painting along – about two years. I have discovered however just how much joy painting brings.

I have been told that I have some talent and it would be the most amazing thing for me to be able to give up my office job and to paint and create for a living.

My challenge I guess with my art is the fact that I have no formal training. I don’t have the years of theory that most artisits have and I think it would be benefitical to my career to have some theory to bring my artwork along even further.

Painting takes me to a whole different level. Its like I remove myself from a plane and enter another. I have no track of time when I have a brush in my hand.

My new joy is painting equines. I have been around horses all my life and have always been timid to try painting them. I did however take a leap of faith and dove in with both hands to try and capture even a a tiny bif of their soul.

Winning the Web Art Academy Course would be an awesome help as I navigate through and try to become more involved in the art world community!! It would be an awesome addition to any artists list of accomplishments!!
