Returning To Art

Ever since I was a child I’ve had a love for art and ended up majoring in painting in college. I have had the chance to travel to Italy and France, (London too) to see examples of the worlds’ finest paintings and sculptures in real life. My work career took me away from fine art and I am now trying to start again and make it a primary focus in my life.

My favorite artist is Carravaggio.

I think the “contemporary old master” is Will Wilson because he uses the techniques of the old masters to produce art that is relevant to modern society. Attached below is one of my favorite painting done by him.

I would like to find my own unique style.

In the Web Art Academy I want to learn different recipes for mediums and their application.
