I have always been very interested in drawing and painting and at 12 years of age an art dealer showed me the basics of oil painting. I just loved it and I painted my first landscape in oil.

My parents supported my interest and I got artist oil colors as Christmas and birthday gift – and I was totally lost in the joy of color – since then I never stopped painting. I was first inspired by the Danish painter Oluf Høst and later I was influenced by abstract art.
